Benefits of Private Yoga
Private yoga sessions are all about you – your goals, your pace, your focus.
Tailored to You
Private yoga means Alina’s focus is solely on you. Your session will be adjusted to suit your needs and goals whether that’s working your way towards doing the splits or increasing strength in a certain area.
Your private sessions are on your own schedule – no need to rearrange your schedule to attend a class. Book your session for the morning, afternoon, or evening.
Unlike in a class setting, you’ll be able to ask as many questions as you like. Alina will give you guidance in your poses, adjustments, and breathing techniques.
Reduce Anxiety & Stress
Yoga has a plethora of health benefits. A private session will leave you feeling more calm, cool, and collected so that you can face your day with confidence.
Private sessions remove the stress of practicing in a group setting with other people. When you’re ready, you’ll be able to join a class with the confidence of knowing you’ll be comfortable and up to speed.
Practice from Anywhere
With Alina’s online session option, you could be anywhere in the world and still reap the benefits of a private yoga session. Practice from home, work, or even on holiday.
What If I’m New to Yoga?
No problem! It can be difficult to know where to start when you first begin practicing yoga. Private yoga is the perfect solution to this! Alina accepts people of all yoga levels into her private yoga sessions.
What If I Have an Injury or Medical Concern?
Many injuries or medical conditions can be worked around by providing modifications to poses. Some injuries can even benefit from yoga. Always notify Alina before your session so that she can adjust the session accordingly and keep you safe.
Where Will My Session Be?
Alina teaches out of her yoga studio in London, Integrity Centre, located at 25 Finsbury Circus, EC2N 7EE. Or, you can join your private yoga session online (via Zoom). Zoom link will be provided at the beginning of the class.
Should I do Some Group Sessions at the Same Time?
You are welcome to attend group sessions at any time. Attending group sessions will further your yoga practice and give you additional results on top of your private yoga sessions with Alina.
What Should I Wear?
Yoga is best practiced in clothes that are comfortable, and easy to move and stretch in. You will be practicing barefoot.
What Should I Bring?
If you’re attending a private session in person, the main thing you need is yourself and comfortable clothes to move in! Alina is able to provide a yoga mat, clocks, straps, and blankets. If you’re attending an online session, a yoga mat is ideal although you can use a blanket on the floor and household items as blocks and straps.
How Many Private Sessions Should I Book?
You can compare progress from 4 group classes to one private session. Alina suggests booking 10 1:1 sessions on a weekly basis to have visible results and experience benefits.
