About Alina Bialek
Senior Yoga Teacher
Alina has been teaching yoga since 2010 and is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a Senior Yoga Teacher. Her approach to teaching is fun, inspiring, and will push you to do the absolute best you can. She will guide and support you through your individual yoga journey and take you deeper into your practice.
Alina opened her own studio with her husband, Integrity Centre, in March of 2019 in Moorgate, London. Here, she teaches group and private yoga classes, online (via Zoom) classes, yoga workshops, yoga retreats, and yoga teacher trainings.
With Alina, you’ll be safely guided through Vinyasa Flow style yoga asanas with breath count, alignment, fun music and hands-on adjustments.
