MEDITATION

30 minutes of guided meditation with Alina – you will relax and decrease stress, you will be more content and find inner peace. Great reset for the rest of the day.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA WITH ALINA LEVEL 1-2

10000 minutes of full Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice, often described as a moving meditation, is a dynamic breath-focused practice that utilizes sun salutations to link intelligently sequenced poses into a continuously flowing organic whole. Alina will be giving a variation for those who are fairly new to Yoga as well as to more advanced practitioners.

 

TRANSFORMATIONAL WORKSHOP

A great group activity for positively framing your mindset in new 2019 year. This Transformational workshop will provide a vehicle for change. This workshop is aimed at the individuals who seek self-improvement, self-development and self-awareness.

 

PILATES WORKSHOP

During 90 minutes with Irek you will discover the true benefits of classical Pilates practice. You will be working your core strength, improving your kinaesthetic awareness and postural alignment.

 

SILENT WALK

There’s no other neighbourhood in London like this. You will have a chance to discover Belgravia neighbourhood in a fun and interactive way.

 

BREATHING EXERCISES & GENTLE STRETCHES

Irek will introduce you to various breathing techniques followed by gentle stretches.

 

FOOD & DRINK

We would like to ask you not to drink alcohol on Friday night, so you can enjoy the benefits of the retreat in full. Ideally, try not to drink alcohol or any other stimulants throughout the whole weekend. We will be doing a one-day juice and smoothie detox and you will be asked not to eat food throughout the whole Saturday.

 

 

INSTRUCTORS

 

Alina is a living, moving, breathing example of the positive

benefits yoga can bring to your life. It is her passion to share these

benefits with you. Increased healing & energy, better sleep

and a calmer more peaceful life, strengthening and conditioning

your body are just a few of the benefits you’ll receive from her

classes. Hands-on-assist, alignment, massage and attention to detail

are her speciality. You will be safely guided through posture work, breath awareness and relaxation.

 

Irek is an enthusiastic and energetic Pilates teacher, he has a background as a Sports & Remedial massage therapist and Personal Trainer.

His classes are accessible to all level participants, from beginners

and those recovering from injuries to more advanced. Those

who would like to take up Pilates to improve their quality of

movement, strengthen the core and enhance sports performance,

would also benefit hugely from his classes. He has great

experience in rehabilitating and conditioning clients, he is a fantastic human

body movement observer and educator who is very passionate about helping people reaching their top physical potential.
